A World On Fire

Trying something different here. I’m working towards strengthening not just my drawing/painting skills but also my design skills. I haven’t worked with type much so this was a solid challenge outside of my comfort zone. Fairly derivative of some brutalist looking styles that have been trending lately, but there’s no shame in staying safe stylistically when you are still learning how to achieve a specific look. It was also nice going back to my roots as a kid drawing super heroes (iykyk).

Digital painting and typography done in Procreate
